The Comprehensive School Climate Inventory (CSCI) is a research-based, needs assessment that, together with a customized report and program plan, gives schools the tools needed to measure, understand, and dramatically improve school climate.

Effective school climate improvement efforts model a democratic process and provide extraordinary opportunities for students – and adults – to learn and practice skills and dispositions that provide the foundation for active citizenship.

NSCC is devoted to educating and supporting school and parent leaders to comprehensively evaluate and improve school climate: socially, emotionally, ethically and academically.
